Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) cycle team work very hard to provide some of the best cycling routes and networks in the country. Here is some information on new projects and future plans.

Newly completed:
Hills Road- A raised ... meter cycle line, using the new 'Cambridge Curb', has been added on both sides of Hills road to enable cycles a easy ride along Hills Road, connecting Addenbrooke's with the train station. Offers everyone in the local area great cycling route to the town centre including pupils of Hills Road Sixth Form and Homerton College. The
Huntingdon Road- A raised ... meter cycle line has been built along Huntingdon Road linking the town center to exciting routes on the edge of the city. Enabling residents to choose to cycle into the city center. The route links many old bits of the cycle network together. And includes floating bus stops which enables public transport users and cyclist to use space better.
