Love Cycling

Children love cycling - it's fast and fun, and gives them freedom and independence to get around. And you don’t need to wait until your kids are old enough to ride themselves to start enjoying the benefits of cycling as a family. Click here to find out more on sustrans.org.uk

Love Walking
Walking, as well as being one of the cheapest ways of getting around, is also the smartest for our planet. You won’t leave a carbon footprint, just your own. If we all swapped one car journey a week for walking, car traffic levels would reduce by at least 10%. It's free, you can be spontaneous and it's a great way to spend quality time as a family.
